• Client Enquiries: Contact person name, company name, business email, telephone number, designation, project location, trade package specifications, estimated budget ranges, timeline requirements, and scope summaries.
• Contractor Applications: Company legal name, registration constitution, authorized representative name, business contact coordinates, primary and secondary trades, years in operation, GSTIN and MSME registrations, typical package values, completed project references, and equipment/capacity details.
• General Inquiries: Name, email address, phone number, and message content submitted through our contact forms.

3. Purpose of Processing

The collected information is processed solely for:

• Evaluating project requirements and determining suitable specialist contracting trades.
• Verifying contractor capabilities, statutory registrations, and active execution capacity.
• Facilitating introductions and communications between clients and prospective execution partners.
• Responding to user inquiries and maintaining operational audit logs.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal or corporate data to third-party marketing brokers. Data sharing is limited to the functional purpose of our service:

Client identifying contact coordinates are shared only after obtaining explicit client permission.
• With Project Clients: Verified contractor business profiles, track records, and capability summaries are presented to clients who have initiated matching requests.
• Legal Compliance: Where required by applicable Indian laws, judicial orders, or statutory authorities.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is stored on secure cloud database servers with least-privilege access controls.

Data Retention: Inactive project briefs and unsubstantiated contractor applications are routinely purged after a standard retention cycle of 12 months.
